REGISTRATION FOR MUNICIPAL MEMBERS and INVITED GUESTS ONLY

Please use the below form to register anyone attending from your community. A registration form must be completed for each attendee. 

Please note that approval of your Mayor, Manager or Administrator will be needed for your attendance to the Annual Dinner meeting.

The dinner has limit of 8 attendees per community (additional people may be added after the September 6 RSVP date). Just confirm with the League there is availability seating. A cost of $50 per additional person (over 8) will be charged to your municipality.
